    Resolve the Fetching Error

    1. Ensure that you correctly entered the email address that is associated with your Computer Backup account.
    2. Ensure that you are not logging in during Backblaze's scheduled maintenance period.
    3. Disable any VPN or network security software on your computer.
    4. Log in using a different browser, network, or device.
