Locate a Group Administrator

You can locate the administrator for your group from two places in the Backblaze web console. Both of the options display a Group Information dialog that includes contact and admin information and a list of your services.

Contact your Admin from the Overview Page

1. Sign in to the Backblaze web console.
2. In the left navigation menu under Computer Backup, click Overview.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
4. Click one of the following options:
   • Want to add a computer? Your account is paid for by a business group. Please contact your administrator.
   • Please contact your group administrator.

Contact your Admin from the Billing Page

1. Sign in to the Backblaze web console.
2. In the user menu in the upper-right corner of the page, select Billing.
3. In the Payment field, click Group Info.
