Dictation is an accessibility feature that you can enable on Mac computers and use when interacting with the Backblaze Computer Backup Support team. For information about additional accessibility features on the Mac, see the Apple documentation.
Enable Dictation on a Mac
- Click the Apple icon in the top menu.
- Select System Preferences or System Settings depending on the version of your operating system.
- Click Keyboard under Accessibility.
- Enable Dictation.
- If you want to change the keyboard shortcut used to start Dictation, select a different shortcut in the Shortcut field.
The default shortcut is pressing the Fn key twice.
