From time-to-time Backblaze may need to perform system maintenance outside of our Scheduled Maintenance window. We will provide notice and/or status of such maintenance on one or more of the the following services: the Backblaze Twitter channel and the Backblaze Blog. If you believe one of Backblaze services is "down" outside of the scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows please use our social media channels to report the issue or contact Backblaze customer support by visiting https://www.backblaze.com/help.html and submitting a support ticket.
