A userPub.pem file is unique to each computer backup. You may need to provide this file to the Backblaze Support team to troubleshoot your account.
Locate a userPub.pem File
- In the menu bar at the bottom of your screen, click Search.
- Select or enter This PC in the search field.
- Select Local Disk (C:).
- Select the folder Program Files (x86).
- Select and open the folder Backblaze.
- Locate and open the file userPub.
