      Locate a userPub file for Troubleshooting (Windows)

        A userPub.pem file is unique to each computer backup. You may need to provide this file to the Backblaze Support team to troubleshoot your account.

        Locate a userPub.pem File

        1. In the menu bar at the bottom of your screen, click Search.
        2. Select or enter This PC in the search field.
        3. Select Local Disk (C:).
        4. Select the folder Program Files (x86).
        5. Select and open the folder Backblaze.
        6. Locate and open the file userPub.
