You can back up your MAMP data to Backblaze Computer Backup. By default, MAMP uses the Applications folder on a Mac to store unique user data. However, Computer Backup cannot back up data in the Applications folder or follow symlinks or aliases to this location.
You can use one of the following solutions:
- Configure MAMP to change the document root to a different location on your computer that can be backed up by Computer Backup. For more information about changing the root, see MAMP Support.
- You can use system utilities on your Mac like rsync, cron, or launchd to schedule tasks that make a copy of your htdocs folder in a location that Computer Backup can back up.
- Create a hard link to the MAMP items that you want to back up.
