The Backblaze Instant Recovery in Any Cloud solution provides an easy and flexible path to as-soon-as-possible disaster recovery in the event of a ransomware attack or a natural disaster. The solution works through a pre-built code package that IT staff can use to create a digital mirror image of the infrastructure they deployed on-premises. So if disaster strikes, you can run the code to quickly bring up an orchestrated combination of on-demand servers, firewalls, networking, storage, and other infrastructure in Any Cloud, drawing data over immediately from Veeam Backup & Replication backups.
This solution requires a basic knowledge of Ansible, Git, and Veeam Backup & Replication.
Set Up Instant Recovery

- After you set up your Veeam Windows machine and your ESXi Server, remote desktop protocol (RDP) into your Windows machine and install Veeam Backup & Replication.
- Follow this guide to recover your Veeam virtual machine from Backblaze B2 Cloud Storage.
