    Detailed daily usage reports provide insights into storage consumption and bandwidth usage. These reports can be aggregated over time to track usage trends. Resource groups are included in the reports, enabling filtering by group. Individual reports can be downloaded as a .csv file or the whole folder as a ZIP file containing .csv files.

    Creating and managing usage reports requires the Administrator role scoped to the organization. Other roles cannot access the Reports section.

    Enable Reports

    1. Sign in to your Backblaze organization.
    2. In the left navigation menu under Organization, select Reports.
    3. Click Report Settings.
    4. Turn on Enable Reporting.
    5. Select the region for which you want to generate reports.
    6. Click Save.

    Download or Delete Reports

    1. In the left navigation menu under Organization, select Reports.
    2. Download all reports in a folder.
      1. Select one or more folders.
      2. Click Download.
        A ZIP file is downloaded to your default location.
    3. Download an individual file from a folder.
      1. Click the folder name.
      2. Select the file.
      3. Click Download.
        A .csv file is downloaded to your default location.
    4. Delete all reports in a folder.
      1. Select one or more folders.
      2. Click(actions overflow) next to one of the selections.
      3. Select Delete.
    5. Delete a specific file in a folder.
      1. Click the folder name.
      2. Select the file.
      3. Click Delete.
