We may be looking for you! Backblaze needs a great support representative to join our team.

We are looking for someone who will help users of our unlimited online backup with any questions they have.

Customer Support Representative

Experience in customer or technical support is a plus, as is a desire to help protect data and the belief that online backup is a critical component of any backup strategy.

Key skills:

  • Understand Mac and Windows computers and their basic workings.
  • Triage problems and clearly communicate solutions in email.
  • Categorize common issues.
  • Reproduce customer issues in a lab environment.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in email communications.

A few other details:

  • This is a full-time position and includes healthcare.
  • The position is based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA.
  • We are looking for someone to start ASAP.
