Backblaze Computer Backup is designed to back up all of your data on Mac and Windows computers. To keep the Backblaze Computer Backup service "astonishingly easy," unlimited backup means that you can back up as much data as you want with no data caps or additional charges if you exceed a certain amount of data. The only limitation is the speed of your upload connection to the Backblaze data center.

Backblaze Computer Backup is an active, evolving mirror of the current state of your computer and drives. By default, all computer backup accounts include version history. You also have the option to upgrade to an extended version history that allows you to retain deleted data or disconnected drive data for an extended period of time.

Backblaze is not designed to be an archiving service or cold storage of data that you no longer want to keep on your computer. It is also not a replacement for a hard drive when you need more storage on your computer.

Backblaze is not a sharing service to distribute or share files over the internet or a collaboration or syncing service.
