Today, <a title=\"online backup\" href=\"https:\/\/www.backblaze.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Backblaze<\/a> stores 75 petabytes of customer data.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Backblaze data storage has grown 750% in less than three years!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You guys are truly storing an incredible amount of data. ;-) Of course, all of this data is stored in our custom, open-sourced, <a title=\"Storage Pods\" href=\"https:\/\/www.backblaze.com\/blog\/180tb-of-good-vibrations-storage-pod-3-0\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Backblaze Storage Pods<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>How much data is 75 petabytes?<\/p>\n<p>75 petabytes<br \/>\n75,000 terabytes<br \/>\n75,000,000 gigabytes<br \/>\n75,000,000,000 megabytes<\/p>\n<p>Since it&#8217;s hard to envision how much data that is, one comparison is that this is <em>one-fourth of the amount Facebook stores<\/em>.
