Backblaze needs a great support representative to join our team.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for someone who will help users of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.backblaze.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">unlimited online backup<\/a> with any questions they have.<\/p>\n<h2>Customer Support Representative<\/h2>\n<p>Experience in customer or technical support is a plus, as is a desire to help protect data and the belief that online backup is a critical component of any backup strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Key skills:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understand Mac and Windows computers and their basic workings.<\/li>\n<li>Triage problems and clearly communicate solutions in email.<\/li>\n<li>Categorize common issues.<\/li>\n<li>Reproduce customer issues in a lab environment.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate clearly and concisely in email communications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A few other details:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This is a full-time position and includes healthcare.<\/li>\n<li>The position is based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA.<\/li>\n<li>We are looking for someone to start ASAP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Think this might be the perfect position for you?
